Thanks for submitting your form! Your visit is not booked without a deposit. We will reach out to confirm the details on your booking request form and send you a contract and service agreement for our service booking. Your deposit is due within 24-hours of receiving your confirmation of services available, if we do not receive the minimum retainer fee to secure your reservation, your reservation is NOT CONFIRMED. If we have to reassess the availability of the performer we cannot guarantee that performer will be available after the 24-hour deposit deadline. Deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE. Please note that if you have selected a booking option outside of the Santa or Green Humbug Home Tour Visit options, you will receive a follow up email from Cindy Elf to confirm your package and to setup your appointment for your session. The deposit is non-refundable and will be applied towards your total booking cost. Please note, we have a non-refundable service and processing fee of 4% per booking which covers the cost of service fees and processing applications from Santa's Elf Workshop. We do not accept credit card information over the phone for our clients safety.
Please be advised, if you dispute any charges on services rendered; already serviced or provided on your scheduled service date and as appears on your payment of choice per the signed contract and service agreement, or challenge any charges without remedy, we will issue your account to collections and refuse service to you for any future events and your contact information will be blocked from our booking site and event network under no exceptions.
