Entertainment and performers subject to availability. Characters are not affiliated or licensed trademarks of Disney, Marvel, DC Comics, etc. Costumed characters connected through our site are only mere representations and do not hold the same names of popular characters seen on television and in books. Characters you book through TBG Productions, LLC and The Bombshell Group, Inc. may not be employees of the company and you may be booking a professional entertainer in partnership with our site and approved vendor network. We apologize in advance for any miscommunication or inconvenience that this may cause. If you decide to book through our site, a deposit is mandatory to secure your event date and time. Deposits vary based on the type of service or services requested.
Deposit required to secure booking upon confirmation of services to be provided. Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations or reschedules made be subject to a convenience fee. Copy of event insurance available upon request. We accept cash and all major credit cards. Service fee applies on all payments made using a credit card. Must be 18 or older to book services through our site. By choosing to book our services you have agreed to these terms.

We value our customers and want you as a user to engage in our website and social media pages as freely as you may feel best to fit your preferences. Our sites do not in any way collect user information and we do not use the information you provide to us as a measure to share your personal information with any 3rd party or other services provider. We try to remain transparent in the way we handle user information and we are not responsible for any content that is added to our website without our written consent or permission. If you wish to input your name, email and other personal information as a means to be contacted by us, you will receive notifications via email or by the phone number you have provided us. If you wish to no longer receive communications from TBG Productions, LLC and The Bombshell Group, Inc, please write your request of information removal to admin@thebombshellgroupinc.com.
Booking and Payments Policy
Once you have received a confirmation of available services and agree to move forward with our service quote proposal; a minimum retainer fee in the amount of 50% is required to hold service date and time request. Pricing and rates vary based on service location, character or entertainment booked, and please note proposals are not secure without a service deposit to hold the estimate. Workshops and special events require full payment upon reservation. Balances on pending bookings are due in full 10-days prior to any event. We reserve the right to refuse business. If for any reason you must pay balances outside of our booking site, cash will only be accepted on-site upon arrival prior to service start time. We no longer accept net 30 payment plans or will enter into any agreement for payment after completion of services to ensure the protection of services with our service partners.
